Brief

Prominate were challenged with developing an experiential promotional solution to support Britvic’s/Robinsons commitment to tackling plastic pollution throughout the Wimbledon Championships 2018.

Solution

Our approach was to produce personalised, recyclable drinks bottles used at an experiential event at Wimbledon alongside a social media competition. Patrons to Wimbledon could buy personalised bottles for £7, or £5 if they return an empty bottle for recycling to the Robinsons’ Play Tennis Café. Social Media competition winners had their personalised bottles sent to their home directly.

Outcome

The campaign, championed by Tim Henman (link to the TV advert above) caught the attention of the press, securing features from Campaign, PR Week, Daily Mirror, The Sun and many more, reaching over 4 million views. Over 4000 bottles were delivered throughout the campaign.
